Friends of the Blake School Association

The Friends of the Blake School Association are a voluntary group of parents and teachers working together to raise funds and support for the Blake Primary School to make a difference to school life and the pupils' enjoyment.

We have over the years raised valuable funds to pay for large and small projects, such as the school Library, books, the sensory garden, classroom tables and chairs, funding towards travel costs for trips and the Christmas pantomime.  Also, the year 3 and 4 playground area and of course our major on going project the Trim Trail and track which is on the school playing field.

We organise a huge range of events including: school discos, fetes, pamper and quiz evenings.

We meet at a local pub or at the school to discuss and organise our plans and welcome any new volunteers to add their ideas and/or support just come along to our next meeting or contact us directly.   We need helpers at all our events; you do not have to join the committee to help!
